Dear Sir,
I held up with a case on April 19 2012 . I came on Bail . I applied for Quashing of FIR in HC. I got the direction stating that FIR is in Intial stage . hence Police have to submit is final report to the court within 3 months.but police not yet submitted the final report.
Please advice

Dear Querist
the word mention in the order "completa the investigatiorr and.file a finel report as expeditioualy as possible" has very wide sense and on these word the IO have power to do as IO think fit, IO is not duty bound to file final report within three months,
