My Younger brother owns 8 VIGHA agriculture land in Gujarat. I want to add my name as a joint owner to that 8 VIGHA agricultre land. Is 8 VIGHA enough land to allow two owners name? I am wondering if there is any law requires minimum certain amount of land to have joint ownership.
Myself owns different agriculutre land too. I want to know 8 VIGHA is enough agriculture land to have two joint owners in Gujarat?
