Mental harassment, salary not paid

Dear Sir,  I left my company before 1 month, I server there only 27 days but now employer not give me that time period of salary, I left my job to such hurrsasment and tourchan, I workl there without training form first day, my last employer paid me same salary, I join this company for future growth at same salary at last I taken, but after such time employer daily tell me you are on in my eye, do your work perfectly, but I give my best , I go there before time and  working overtime since fisrt day, one day he told do not come office and when I ask about my salary he said which salary, I will be right from getting you such companssion from your againts job left, I dont have offer letter I just have only mail from employer. he take my sign on 1000 Rs stamp. but I dont get anything from there. I left my settle job for this company not my career totally goes down. please suggest me how can i get my salary.  and I want such companssion coz last one month I searching a new jiob but still I'm not getting job, because everyone ask why uh left job. Its a very redicusous for me. I have a famuily and I'm rented here , now I dont heve money to pay my rent and fulfil my family needs. some times I feel very nurvous, from last one month he said come after 15 come after 30 nov and come 2 days after, when i go there he said i not pay you anything do anything you can do.    I'm very disappointed and noe conditions is going to hell. becuase how to run a family now a days such a very tough job, I'm a MBA hodler guy and I give my best there.    please suggest me what I Do

Demand your outstanding salary in writing (send letter through speed/ registered post) to your employer before proceeding legally, if your really wish to.

Yesh, They took my sogn in 1000 Rs stamp Paper, agreement type, not to disclosed companies cleints informations and not to do business with clients. in my view nothing much under this and general HR policies

Don't know but they said me do whatever you can do , We will  not pay anything to you or if you do anything againts we will be charge some amount on you. they totally afraid me.

Confidentiality/Secrecy Clauses: Be careful and maintain all record.

Non Compete Clauses/agreement: Indian Courts have consistently been declining to enforce since it hits right to earn livelihood and clauses of Indian Contracts Act
