Need help and assistance .
For membership in a toddy tappers cooperative society in Telangana I underwent a skill test conducted by the Prohibition & Excise department in which I was absurdly disqualified even after successfully performing in the said test. Further the society also rejected my application on baseless grounds. From the TSCS Act, 1964 I see that there is a remedy available in the nature of an Appeal u/S 76. But, I am struck with a confusion that can I take the matter of skill test before the tribunal by making the Prohibition & Excise Department as a party? Can any member guide me on what should be my next move? Tribunal or Writ before HC?
