Meaning of an agrement

Sir,

I am willing to open a school for that purpose I am taking a house on rent, The land lord is insisting on putting the word "residencial-cum-educational" on the purpose of usage and not just "educational" which I want.

I will be highly obliged if some one please enlighten me on the true meaning of the word "residencial-cum-educational".

thank you.

The building you are taking on rent is a house  building, which is meant for residential purpose. For entering in to an agreement for rent for educational purpose Land use change certificate may be required.Which may be a charge on your land lord.
