Mchsl rules

We have a member in the society who is a permanent resident of India. He has wound up in Dubai, cancelled his visa but in all his communications to the society he is using his Dubai number sending messages through WhatsApp. I have absolutely no issues.  All sectors have KYC why not the same rule not apply for Societies. He is a committee member, here too I have no issues. But if he takes up Secretary or Chairman's position in the society he should not play with our hard earned money.  Now the main clarification I need to know whether he can use the UAE sim card in Mumbai and send messages through WhatsApp. Why he cannot use Indian SIM? Why KYC  does not apply to him especially now that he has  entered the Committee.

Your advice please.

What is your dispute where interpretation of law is there and experts opinion and advise is sought on this platform ?

There is no illegality in using the convenient mode of contact by the member.

There's no restriction in the bylaws of the society on the subject matter.

It appears that you have some personal issues with that member hence trying to adopt vindictive action.

No legal issues are found.

Unless there is no  violation of law and harm to third parties, third parties cannot interfere in personal affairs of private individuals.
