Married son applied for compasionate appointment

The deceased employee (mother) has a son who is married and two widow daughters.

Stating that the married son is wholly dependent on the deceased employee, claimed for compassionate appointment.  The same was negatived.

Now the married son again claim compassionate appointment stating that he has to look after the two widowed daughters who were dependent on the deceased employee.  The deceased women employee's husband has died earlier.
