Marriage certificate navi mumbai

Hi Experts,
I would be moving to Amsterdam on 24th March and plan to get married on 20th March in a gurdwara.
I want to know if the marriage certificate provided by the gurdwara can be used as proof of marriage certificate for the dependent visa and whether I can get the certificate before I leave on 24th.
As once I reach Amsterdam, I need to apply for a dependent visa for my wife and a marriage certificate is mandatory.

Marriage certificate issued by Gurudwara is not valid for purpose of Visa.better perform legal formalities for getting cout marriage and get certificate from marriage registrar.

You will have to obtain marriage certificate from Registrar of Marriages of your area.

Yes, the marriage certificate need to be obtained from the competent authority in accordance with the law in force in Maharashtra. Else, you have the option of registering the marriage in terms of the provisions of the Special Marriage Act.
