One can read the orders of the Ld. Magistrate of couple of weeks preceeding this judgment to read the facts of the case.
In any case; in the instant case; the bail would have been extended to file an appeal.

the news enclosed by AS gives the date of judgement and name of judge. Visit the court and get to know the name of Thana and get material under RTI.
Or else since you know the name of convict. Put RI on Tihar Jail to know the details of the case. They have conviction warrant giving details of case No and thana.
