Maintenance case crpc 125

In my cross examination for maintenance case (section 125), wife's lawyer asked whether i am willing to produce my bank account statement or not? I replied in yes. What can i do to avoid providing these documents?

why you admitted that you can bring the statement ? and why cannot you bring the statement oif you are account holder of any bank you can submit the statement .

Even if you refuse to produce the document, still then, the Court can direct its production.

Through section crpc 91, u can also demand of ur wife account statement. But never accept in court that, u will bring ur concern document. It is the duty of ur wife to produce document against u. Be care full. अगर लिखित में बोल है आपने की आप ही अपना डॉक्यूमेंट देंगे, तो देना पड़ेगा। अगर सिर्फ बोला है आपने कोर्ट में, नेक्स्ट डेट में टाल देना ।
