Maintenance after mutual divorce

Hi,

Can ex-wife claim maintenance after mutual divorce either through crpc 125? The ex-wife has signed mutual petition that the amount is full and final and will not file further cases.

She cannot claim maintenance amount in future by any provisions of law when she has given an undertaking that she will not claim maintenance amount in future in the mutual consent divorce petition.

Was the mutual divorce based on the decree of the court? If so, what are the grounds urged in seeking maintenanace?
