Dear  gaury

yes she can but she prove that she is a mistress of your husband

Not unless she remained in a domestic relationship with your husband, whether in the capacity of a keep/ mistress or second wife (though of a void marriage)

Just being a girl friend doesnot entitle her for maintenance.

What if she comes up with photographs, her own witnesses?

Then it is a matter of fact and evidences.

Shonee!

If I am not wrong, SC in a judgment said that if u keep a "keep", pay her for ur s*xual satisfaction, she can not take maint. under DV Act!

Yes, I feel DV is not even applicable in this case. DV is Domestic Violence. Is it DV here?

Well, there are other means, but not DV.
