dv case filed under section 20 for monetary relief now can i file crpc 125 for maintenance after dv case 🙏

Yes, Petition u/sec 125 Cr.P.C can be filed ,no restrictions.

Yes, you can file petition u/s 125 of crpc even when you receive order under dv act.
