maintenance

Is there any law about following questions:
1.if a wife living separately from husband more then 20 years,and now asking maintenance from husband. pl let me know after how many years of living separately , wife can not be entitled for such demand as per law?

Wife cannot claim maintenance if she is living separately from husband unless husband beats her.

Thanks a lot for reply.
Just for your knowledge, would like to tell you that she is living in different city for 20 years and there is no issue like beating or Domestic violence. A district family court ordered maintenance to wife.
Can I challenge that order? Pl guide. Thanks.

Maintenance can be claimed by wife under various provisions of law and there is no limitation for filing maintenance case. Rest depends on facts of your individual case.
