maintenance

sir my sellary is now 38000 and 2 EMI on it. first is 9000 and second is 12 thousand. I am the only earning person in my home I have one brother and one unmarried sister. my mother is suffering from back pain I have to take care of her. if my wife file crpc125 then what amount I have to pay her, my wife is graduate in economics and completed PGDCA.

if she is already working r was working, then court shall consider ur wife is having earning capacity and can exempt u pay maintenance

There r two type problems1)unpredicted 2)self invited. Ur problem is second one.we cannot guess court orders. We can tell on some deceicions .the court may tell it apply or not so u be ready to pay maintenance as much as low possible with helpof Dvocate .

As per law u have to maintain Ur mother and wife only.they r Ur dependants not Ur brother or unmarried sister. So onproceeding be careful.court acts as per law.
