maintenance

can I argue in maintenance case that as per hindu succession amendment act 2005 my wife is share holder in 4 acre agricultural land owned by her father and income of agriculture land should be counted in her income.i have documents of the agricultural land.

No. You can't. S. 125 puts the responsibility on husband and not on father's estate. She is not entitled to even single penny from the estate of her father so long he survives.
