Your question is not clear. I understood that you wife was getting maintenance through the order of your higher officers from your salary. You have to challenge such order before Army Tribunal or High Court, as they have pased such orders without jurisdiction.

Sir, my friend wife is FIR lodged against her husband under section 498A, 323, 324. The case is under prog. Now she is also applied for maintenance in family court and in Army. How to stay/stop maintenance allowances being grant through Army. Please give any suggestions.
