Maharashtra to legalise live-in relationships

I do not justify narcotic consumption. I have only presented the other side of the coin. The plight of accused persons arrested u/s 27 of NDPS act is very bad. Even the police do not want them inside the jails, as they become violent when craving starts. They are sitting ducks to be involved in  unsolved crimes  as they  cannot defend themselves and have no alibi's or help  from their near and dear ones.
