Can there be multiple zones in one Gat/Khasra in Maharashtra? Meaning, half of the Gat/Khaara is Residential zone, and the remaining half is Agriculture zone.

A khasra number is an identity provided to a land parcel. To access any information about your land, you will have to provide the khasra number. Similarly, this is the number that will be used to notify you, in case there is any official communication with respect to your land parcel. 

Zoning is basically a method where a set of rules are defined by the local planning authority on using the land for development.

There are three major types that define zones and that are residential, commercial and industrial.

However regarding your question you can enquire the same from the concerned authorites and get them clairified
