Madras high court or supreme court judgements on maintenance not entitled

Respected Sir/Madam .

My wife have filed a maintenance case after 8 years of separation from me without any noble cause from her end. Our only daughter have died two years back after undergoing diabetic complication and she has been admitted in hopsital without my knowledge. I received information about her death in the hospital after 5 days of her admission in the hospital. I am looking for madras high court or supreme court judgements which implies the denial of maintenance to wife for seperation of more than 8 years. She is a graduate with B.A English literature but not working anywhere.

If any links to download the judgements , it will be more helpful for my maintenance case.

Quick Summary
This discussion seeks High Court or Supreme Court judgements regarding the denial of maintenance for wives who have been separated from their husbands for over eight years. The original poster's wife filed for maintenance after an 8-year separation, with no apparent cause from her side. The poster is looking for legal precedents to support their case, specifically from the Madras High Court or Supreme Court, as they have already identified a relevant judgement from Jharkhand.
