File another petition to amend it .

The LRs only have to file a petition to get themselves impleaded by filing a petition to set aside the exparte orders passed against them.
They can mention the reasons due to which they were set exparte in their set aside petition.
The current petitioner cannot file an amendment petition so soon without kniowng the facts through the LRs.

You are telling lrs ex- parte and what lrs advocate do ,if lrs have engaged advocate how they become ex - parte.
