Why ...... don't you want to know who to approach... when to approach... etc etc.???? Wishing to start a LPO carreer is right but before you 'expect' the one who is expected to hire you 'expect' a lot from you. And for the way you have put your questions... better join any company and gain experience without worrying about the 'expectation' first.
