We are both majors. We are in love. her parents are threatening to kill her and me.they house arrest her in the girl's house .they are blockmailing her to kill her and me , if she goes with me or if she speaks in support of me. So I think I should file a habeas corpus petition in the high court. Then the court will call the girl ? and even if the girl does not tell the truth because of their threats in their house, what will happen next?

You first approach police station with a criminal complaint for the threats persisting from her father to your life and also to her life because you both love each other and ask for protection. If the police is not responding then you approach judicial magistrate court with an application under section 156(3) Cr.p.c seeking direction to concerned police to initiate legal action on your complaint.
Habeas Corpus petition is not maintainable in this situation.

Even though if she is afraid about her parents threats , and give statement negative to me. Then what happens?

You can give habeas petition in the High Court to produce the girl in the court. But if the girl says no with regard to you in the court, the case will fall flat. Whatever you may do, if the girl does not assert in favour of you, nothing can be done. In such an event you forget the girl. You may not be happy with such a girl.
