Hi Friends,
One of my client has lost his Original Title Document of 1994 while shifting his house. He has lodged a complaint with the nearest PS and as wel given a paper notification for the same. He has applied for a loan with a bank, and the bank people is asking for an affidavit stating that his title document has been lost.
So Can any one having the Affidavit format for Lost of Title Documents. Please help me out with this.
