Looking for best divorce attorney

Hi All,

My Name is Vinay working in MNC. I need a advice about my case. I got married 30th Nov 2007, After my marriage my wife sucks . She always be in fight mode .. She make my life hell.

Past 3 year we are not living together.

I am looking for a Attorney who have good contacts in Police and political . Reason for asking becouse other party is much stroger then me

Dear Mr.Singh,

You can seek divorce on the grounds of desertion. But more important that that is to be on the watch for the onslaught of false cases like 498A/406 that might follow.

Approach your wife through common friends/relatives etc. and try to convince her for divorce by mutual consent. Remember no one is above law, don’t fear if your case is strong.
