I want to appear in lok Adalat
I was send legal notice to respondent but yet not received any replh from them with in time frame now I want to file civil suit but before that it is possible to appear in lok Adalat on the basis on notice issued to respondent party or appearance in lok Adalat is allow only after suit filed
Pls guide

Since you have sent legal, you may better approach court for relief.

Lok Adalat(s do not entertain any fresh case/ suit, which is (generally) creating data for the case(s) already settled by concered / referral court(s).
