Lock down emi

Dear sirs Due to coviod 19 lock down period Govt announced and RBi redirected to Banks for EMI not to present for three months But bank were presented the cheques , cheques were bounced . SIBiL score gone low and also became as default customer. Note personal loan and car loan Also Govt announced that House owner not to collect rent from Tenent But they also refused that announcement and asking for rent Seeking your legal advice , thanks in advance

1. To avail Govt. Moratorium Relief, it is not automatic, but you need to inform the bank by following due procedures of law, as prescribed by Bank.

2. Govt. did not order waiving of rent. It has only requested to "defer" the rent and not demand it in lockdown period.
