Dear Sir,
I want to borrow business loan from a private party
What kind of document should be created for pledging my business as a whole
Can any one send the prescibed format with ncecessary clause
Also kindly tell me the value of stamp paper on which the loan agreement should be written

It depends on type of loan you are taking for example if you are mortgaging property then you have to execute mortgage deed. So it is advisable to consult with local advocate who can guide you as per your nature of transaction.
