loan

i have booked flight tickets for a friend from my net banking account.now he refuses to pay the amount .what can i do legally.He also bought a laptop and i paid the money.i do not have evidence that i have paid but there is a video where he says that i paid the money and bought him the laptop.he also refuses to accept that now.can i file a case of cheating and recover my money

you do have some sort of evidence but for that you will have to answer some questions to yourself 1) the name in ticket is you friends name. 2) as you paid for laptop and ticket you have your bank statement and video recording demand ownership of laptop if ticket is in your friend's name and bill of laptop is also on your friend's name then you should file a money recovery suit i.e. summary suit
