Llp form no.11 & post balance sheet event

We are filing F 11 in December for FY 23-24.

Post March end till December,  one related company ,where Directors held office, is hived off. PCS mentions that such development is not to be reported but DSC bears today's dare. Is it correct not to report development having taken place before filing LLP 11, as MCA PORTAL ALREADY REFLECTED DIVESTMENT.

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses whether a divestment of a related company, occurring after the financial year-end but before filing LLP Form 11, needs to be reported. While one professional suggests it's not necessary, the MCA portal reflects the divestment. The consensus leans towards seeking advice from a Chartered Accountant or Company Secretary to ensure compliance, especially as the MCA portal may already show the change.

You can consult a CS (company secretary) or login to the MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) portal for guidance.

It is not a legal issue, it is better to post it in CA Club or consult local chartered accountant or a company Secretary.
