Limitation

Hello sir is there any time limit to put a case for ancestral property and I want to know about it help me

Quick Summary
Regarding ancestral property partition suits, there is generally no fixed time limit for filing a case between co-sharers. While some sources mention a 12-year period, the consensus is that such suits are typically not barred by limitation. This means you can usually pursue a partition suit without being concerned about a strict deadline.
