Lie

Dear Experts

my wife filed CRPC 125 on false affidevit and also lie in the court.

can anyone lie in the court and make false affidevit....?

what if i prove that she is lieing ...

her lawyer is also lieing by giveing wrong dates in her affidevit...

suggest me pls i need urgent help...

if you have evidence of the facts which they had stated in the affidavit then file them through a lawyer with details

Subodh @ If you have "firm" evidences then your lawyer can "challenge" it in the court. I am not getting it why your lawyer is sitting idle?
