license for practice as IP lawyer

is it required to obtain license to Start practice as IP lawyer like notery lawyer in any field i.e. trademark, patent, copyright, design etc..??

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies whether a specific licence is required to practise as an Intellectual Property (IP) lawyer in areas like trademarks, patents, and copyright. The consensus is that while no special licence is mandated, practitioners need to be qualified lawyers with demonstrated skills and experience in IP law. The thread also promotes a specialised masterclass on trademark filing to enhance practical knowledge.

To my knowledge, no special licence is required. But you need to be a practising lawyer with skill and experience in IP laws and related aspects.
