license for practice as IP lawyer

is it required to obtain license to Start practice as IP lawyer like notery lawyer in any field i.e. trademark, patent, copyright, design etc..??

To my knowledge, no special licence is required. But you need to be a practising lawyer with skill and experience in IP laws and related aspects.
