Letter of administration

Dear Sir, My parents died intestate and he left behind property in Calicut, Kerala. Since we heir to the property of our parent are settled in Mumbai we could not get heir ship certificate from Kerala. Now we have obtained Letter of Administration from Mumbai High court for the property and I would like to know the procedure in executing the Letter of Administration in Kerala so that the property can be transferred to the legal Heir. hi Mr.vijay nair .you are class one 1 legal heir.so Legal heir certificate is must in southern states.LA not applicable to prove your ownership

Dear Sir,

Thanks fo ryour reply. Bombay High court do not give Legal Heir ship certificate. They only give LOA. LOA that recived mentions, I am the leagal heir to the property.
