Legal Notice pre suit

can we send Legal Notice to Cust for recovery in this pandemic situation. or any other ways to Legal Notice.

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses sending a legal notice to a customer for debt recovery during the pandemic. While there's no judicial bar, one contributor advises caution due to RBI moratoriums extending to August 2020. However, the consensus is that sending a legal notice for recovery is permissible, with the option to file a suit in civil court if the notice isn't complied with.

Yes, You may send legal notice to your customer, As there is no bar by any judicial authority to that. You may demand your money by sending a legal notice by clearly stating that in failure to comply with legal notice, you will be instituting a suit under relevant provision of law. Thank you.

Hello,

You can send legal notice for recovery of your dues. There is no bar for recovery of dues. You may file suit for recovery in civil court for your dues.

I think you should not send recovery notice right now because the rbi already strictly told to all the banks to extend the benefit of moratorium till 31st August 2020.
