Legal Heir Certificate vs Sucession certificate

for which movable property legal heir certificate is required and sucession certificate in which kind of movable property? how to decide which one will do for which movable property?

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the distinction between a legal heir certificate and a succession certificate when inheriting movable property. While a legal heir certificate is generally sufficient for immovable assets, a succession certificate is essential for claiming all types of movable assets, including bank fixed deposits, shares, gold, and vehicles. The key takeaway is to understand which certificate is required based on the nature of the property being inherited.

Fixed deposit in bank, insurance, vehicles, gold, share, bonds, agricultural crops etc etc are movables.

Other than the immovable properties/estates  the succession certificate would be essential to inherit all kinds of movable properties.

The legal heirship certificate will be sufficient for inheriting the immovable properties alone
