I have been trying to get a Legal Heir certificate ( helping my mom) since my dad passed away in 2000 and its been such a painful process. WE used ~2-3 lawyers and none could help us so far. Its going to be 12 yrs since my dad died but don't have the Legal Heir certificate. I would like to approach this forum to see how you can help.
