Legal heir certificate

pl  suggest how to obtain legal heir certificate by daughters to file partition suit against brothers ?

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the need for a legal heir certificate when daughters wish to file a partition suit against their brothers. While a family or legal heir certificate is often suggested, it's confirmed that a partition suit can be filed without one. Instead, a family tree with a pedigree table can be submitted to the court. If brothers refuse to appear before the Tahsildar for the certificate, this can be mentioned in the suit, and consulting a local lawyer is recommended.

The Tahsildar of your taluk will issue a legal heir certificate.  Apply in Taluk Office for legal heir certificate.

No need LR certificate , just file the partition suit and in suit you always give Family Tree, explaining by pedigree table.

If the borthers donot appear before Tehsildar of LR certificate, you may mention therein the suit for partition before jurisdicational court.

Consult and engage a local prudent lawyer.
