Legal heir

My relative's daughter got divorce 2008 after 2 years her ex husband came and promised to get remarriage and they lived together. Before divorce she have boy kid. After rejoined born girl baby. 2017 my relative's daughter passed away due to ill. They never remarried. My question who is legal heir for deceased relative's daughter.

The facts mentioned above are not clear. However, in my opinion, the children of the deceased will be considered as class I legal heir.

hello mam,
in my opinion both the children are legal heir of their fathers property.as they were already married and the father and mother was same than there is no question of remarridge.
