Hi Sir,
We are planning to start doing real estate brokering(Mediator for facilitating buying and selling of property).
Can someone give us the MOU/agreement format to safeguard us from all legal tangles pertaining to property and ensures that our brokerage is received...
This document we can get it signed by the buyer(who wishes to buy property through us) and get it signed by the seller (who wishes to sell property through us).
