Legal action againt builder

I HAVE PURCHASED THE FLAT 10 YEARS AGO BUT STILL DON'T GOT POSSESSION. EVERY TIME BUILDER GAVE WRONG COMMITMENT. BUILDER ALSO AGREE TO REFUND THE AMOUNT BUT SILL NOT GAVE ANY AMOUNT.

As per company balance sheet there was renal income Aprox 1 Crore in each last two financial years and company also make profit approx 25 lakh in each last two years.

I have paid EMI and rent together since last 10 years.

Please advice me what is best possible way to recover my hard money from the builder.

Not giving possession of flat in time amounts to deficiency of services and unfair trade practice of builder .File complaint before District Consumer Commision against builder and claim possession or refund of paid amount with compensation towards mental and physical agoney.

You approach the Dist.Forum and file an application for justice.

you can either go for consumer forum or RERA.
Which option is better for you depends upon alot of factors.
