Lawyer for document verification

Hi,

I am an advocate, and one of my clients is interested in purchasing a plot in Greater Noida. We want to ensure that all documents related to the property are authentic and valid. Anyone with in-depth knowledge in this area may contact me at satya.arpantrivedi@gmail.com.

Quick Summary
An advocate is seeking to connect with a practicing lawyer in Greater Noida experienced in property document verification. Their client is interested in purchasing a plot, and the advocate requires assistance to ensure the authenticity and validity of all property-related documents. This is a professional referral request for legal expertise in property law.

Repeated query at:

First of all it is a repeated query hence not entertained, secondly this amounts to solicitation hence prohibited under Advocates act

In my earlier request, I was seeking information about the required documents and the concerned authorities for property verification. This time, however, I am specifically looking for a practicing lawyer who handles such matters professionally. One of my clients intends to purchase a plot in Greater Noida, and since I am engaged in other work and not the best person to manage this process directly, I would like to connect with an experienced lawyer in this field. I hope I cleared the distinction between my previous request and the current one.

I don't think some one of us (the experts on this platform) is practicing at your location.

You are required to findout some local lawyer to search title of subject property.

It is better to avoid repetition, which is ridiculous and absurd.

The query suggests no legal elements or related issues.
