am buying an apartment in Bangalore city with a loan from a bank. I am aware of the bbmp stamp & registration fees.
But what is the amt of lawyer fees at the time of registration of apartment in bbmp sub-registrar office?
are there any other fees (official & unofficial) that are usually collected by the builder or bbmp?
