Lawyer - client contract

Hi,

Is there any way where I can have a formal agreement created with my lawyer involving client confidentiality, fixed fees structure and the lawyer not in any way leaving me in fray and joins the opposite party against me in an ongoing case ?

The Vakalatnama executed by you is a valid and legal agreement./document which contain all necessary ingredients / terms and conditions of the agreement which both of you (client and advocate) agree.

Does Vakaltnama contain fee and payment schedule? I have seen none. It's High time it's implemented as many litigants are getting fleece in one way or other. It's a serious issue.
