ignorance of law is not doubt a major factor in rising litigation.

 

but who know the law would often manipulate it.

As long as mankind live in this planet, even if we remove the whole law there will be conflicts, and when there will be conflicts there will be litigation to address those conflicts.

A  major section of the Indian population has no knowledge of law, as result of this when they doing something wrong they don't realise it.

Also due to lack of knowledege of law and ignorance  many do not take legal action against the injustice meted to them, but continue to bear with all the injustice in silence.

Ria, it is also true that some study law so that they can misuse it to their favour.... everything is fair unless cought..  :)
