i have a land owned from forefather and have two joint owner me( i owned from my father after his death) & my uncle and there is 4 names in other rights section of sat bara.those 4 persons are sisters of my fathers. now i want to sell the half portion of land. but allotment of land is not made.
can those 4 person and my uncle have a right to make objection while selling the land?
please tell me law relating to this? and what should i do if they have objection? if those 4 persons want part of land then according to rule how should allotment to be done?
