law regarding inheritance in islam

Dear sir/madam
My husband built a house in his mother's property before our marriage. And he has 3 brothers and 3sisters. Is the house distributed even though he built it? or he could pay the price and purchase the property? and distribute the property price accordingly in islam?

Yes it is his mother property then after her life all legalheirs are getting equal rights on it. Rest of the isues should amicably solve with his brother

Actu he earned the money and built it. how come the money which he put in the house is distributed. the land where he built is ok if distributed accordingly. i mean they are selling the house and not giving the money he paid to build the house and dividing it equally
