Law for wrong parking in front of other house

What is the law procedure to complain against the person who is parking his vehicle in front of other house. What is the CRPC/IPC sections against this contempt for this offence and conduct.

This is creating nuisance and wrongful restrain according to Indian Penal Code. Call the polcie next time he do so, At once polcie will prohibit him and again he will park, will seize his car.
