If its a proprietory fim nothing in specific. If its a partnership or LLP then usual procedure for the registration of firm.

Law firm is a vide term. You should ask any specific question.. Establishment of law firm in not within our domain. We can just reply legal questions and not how trade can be performed and wt should be its policies.........
