my father have a shop at a prime location , in 1980 under the pagdi system .the orignal landlord passed away and he has 2 sons , one of them claimed to be the landlord of my shop , but the landlord stopped taking rent and also not issued any rent receipt of the rent taken by him , recently a month ago he told me to vacant the shop otherwise he file a legal suit against my father , My query is how do i safegaurd myself , the landlord is a rich man and he has many propertys in delhi
